Hello! My name is Deena Sammakia. I am a therapist Hello! My name is Deena Sammakia. I am a therapist based in Cuckfield. I offer sessions both in person or on Zoom and have been practising NLP Therapy for 7 years. I assist clients in overcoming mental and physical blocks, identifying subconscious sabotaging behaviours, preventing them from achieving success in any area of their lives. I am qualified in NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), Hypnotherapy, Reiki Energy Healing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing), Gestalt therapy and Holistic healing. I use a combination of powerful breakthrough techniques, helping clients to dislodge the energetic blocks between themselves and their desired outcome. Together we are able to find the root cause behind the block and identify any sabotaging thoughts or limiting beliefs. Once we release what is no longer serving us and do the necessary healing, we find that new neurological pathways are built, therefore transforming our lives in miraculous ways. In order to achieve success in every area of our lives, we have to love ourselves unconditionally and accept every part of ourselves, even the parts we do not like. In order to do that, we have to understand why that part is there, what the intention is, how is it trying to serve us and how to have compassion and work with it, instead of against it. There is a positive intention behind everything we do; we are always trying to get a need met and usually that is achieved through our previous conditioning which is all stored in our subconscious. Have you ever asked yourself, โ€œWhat am I making this mean?โ€ โ€œWho in me feels the need to do this?โ€ โ€œWhat is the intention behind this?โ€ โ€œWhat is it I am really needing?โ€ In essence; we make the subconscious, conscious, and therefore release the block, layer by layer, whilst understanding the positive intentions behind the behaviour, providing a greater understanding behind why we do, the things we do.
